1992
In 1992, Tanne Bosker and his business partner Henk Rengers founded a sales and marketing company in a stylish building in the Zuiderpark in Groningen.
From this point on, they continued to specialize in industrial adhesives for the paper and cardboard industry.

1995
In 1995, Cordial opened a modern and professionally equipped production and research facility in the Transportbaan in Winschoten. A production line for powder adhesives was implemented here. These adhesives are supplied nationally for the paper and cardboard industry.

1998
Cordial's energetic and innovative development led to Cordial being named 'Business of the Year' in the state of Groningen in 1998.

1999
In 1999, Cordial also began producing liquid adhesives for the paper and board industry. A completely new building was built in Kartonbaan in Winschoten to house the entire company. This building included the production of liquid and powder adhesives, a professional laboratory, a large warehouse and the necessary office space. On the upper floor there is a conference room, an 'Irish bar' and a furnished roof terrace.

2007
In 2007 Cordial entered into a 50/50 Joint Venture with Papertech, a major Spanish paper manufacturer. Together they opened the 'PapCor Dezhou' factory in China in 2008, producing powder adhesives.

2015
In late 2014, partner Henk Rengers sold his stake to Tanne Bosker. In 2015, due to the great success of the plant in China, Tanne Bosker decided to establish an adhesives factory in Indonesia as well.

2020
In 2020, Cordial’s growth led to the warehouse running out of space, so the adjacent building was brought into use. This resulted in increased efficiency in overall operations and significantly reduced the number of logistics movements.

2023
April 2023: Our founder Tanne Bosker sells his shares and steps down as CEO. New owner NewPort Capital, along with management and the rest of the Cordial team, will further accelerate the growth path already set.

2025
Cordial Türkiye has started its operations under CDLT A.Ş. Türkiye Board Chairman Vural Bircan has started working with the CDLT team for activities in Türkiye and the nearby region.
